COVID-19 Safety Precautions, Client Self Evaluation and Assumption of Risk

Safety Precautions:

 

We have implemented the following preventative measures to keep our clientele and myself safe during our photo sessions.

  • Shaded outdoor studio or well ventilated indoor studio to allow for sufficient airflow and ventilation throughout the shoot.

  • A reduction of the number of sessions each day.

  • I'd recommend that you come to your shoot alone unless:

    • You feel you need help from a friend that would be considered essential.

    • You are a parent accompanying a minor to the session. 

    • You are being photographed as part of a couple or group.

  • All surfaces within the shoot area are sanitized after each session and prior to entry of our new clientele. Should we be shooting for a corporate client with a number of employees being photographed over the course of a day then we will stagger each person allowing for time in between to appropriately clean between sessions.

  • While being photographed our clientele will remove their mask and no other individual will get within a 6 ft radius of them without a face covering.

  • Physical contact to fix hair, clothing or makeup will be carried out by our hair/makeup artists who will have their face covering in place throughout the session.

Pre-shoot self-evaluation:

​

  • I affirm that I have been FULLY VACCINATED (Complete doses & 14 days post vaccination).

  • I affirm that I haven’t displayed any COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days:

    • Fever or chills

    • Cough

    • Runny nose, nasal congestion or sneezing without other known cause

    • Sore throat

    • Difficulty breathing or swallowing

    • Unexplained fatigue or malaise

    • Headaches

    • Gastrointestinal upset

    • Decrease (or loss) of sense of taste or smell

  • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days.

  • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been a close contact within the past 14 days.

  • I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled internationally within the past 14 days.

  • I've tested negative using the self test kit a 12 hours prior to the session.

  • I understand the photographer has implemented measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Assumption of Risk:

​

The photographer has put safety precautions into effect in order to help diminish the spread of COVID-19. These are designed to safeguard our staff and clientele during our sessions. 

By scheduling with me, you agree to the following terms: 

  • I voluntarily agree to take on all risks associated with partaking in a photo session with respect to exposure to COVID-19. 

  • I hereby release, discharge and hold harmless the photographer, all owners and employees from all claims relating to my involvement in a photo session. 

  • I also agree to alert the photographer if I do display any symptoms corresponding to COVID-19 within 14 days of the shoot.

For our clients to be fully aware I am FULLY VACCINATED. Any of the makeup artists or personnel who will be present on site on the day of the shoot shall be FULLY VACCINATED as well or they will not be allowed on site.
